The TM630S features a simple four-terminal pass-through wiring block:

The button toggles the timer between three distinct operational states, indicated by a small bar at the bottom of the LCD display:

Press the MANUAL button until the screen displays AUTO . Re-enter your programming menu via the P button and double-check that both the ON and OFF screens share the exact same days of the week. If you want to customize your timer setup further, tell me: What appliance or machine are you connecting to the timer?

The robustness of the TM630S makes it suitable for a wide variety of tasks, from home automation to industrial control.

Understanding the interface is essential for navigating the programming menus. Enter program settings / Set ON/OFF times. (Week): Set the day of the week. (Hour): Set the hour. (Minute): Set the minute. (Second): Set the second.

Ensure the mode is set to AUTO . If it is set to "ON," it will stay on regardless of the program.

Check your wiring layout. Ensure the load wires on Terminals 3 and 4 are firmly tightened and that the input power matches the voltage required by the load.

The relay opens immediately. Your appliance turns off and stays off, ignoring all programs.

Improper wiring can destroy the timer or cause an electrical short. The TM630S features four terminals clearly marked on the housing.

The output is currently on, and the device will follow the programmed schedule moving forward.
