One of the biggest concerns with high-poly entity addons is lag. I tested this on a medium-range device, and the performance was surprisingly stable. Spawning one or two Siren Heads didn't cause significant frame drops. However, spawning a army of them will obviously tax your system, but for standard survival or adventure map use, it runs smoothly.
